SHIPPING POLICY

Capsule Édit ships both domestically within Australia and to selected international destinations. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • All domestic orders are shipped via tracked and insured courier services

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are 2–7 business days, depending on location and carrier

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping is available to selected destinations

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

INSURANCE & RISK

  • All parcels are shipped with tracking

  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer

  • Capsule Édit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete

  • Capsule Édit is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking details provided

  • Capsule Édit will assist with enquiries where possible, however we cannot guarantee outcomes once the parcel is in transit
