Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage luxury items, all sales are final.
Each item is described accurately and photographed in detail, including any signs of wear or imperfections. We strongly encourage customers to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds or returns will only be considered in the unlikely event that an item is proven to be not authentic. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Sizing issues
- Normal signs of wear consistent with pre-owned items
This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.

Capsule Édit ships within Australia and selected international destinations. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address

Capsule Édit is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number

Capsule Édit will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution once the parcel is in transit
